Knowledge base
Straight answers about async options, sandbox access, and what we deliberately keep shallow.
Delivery format
Do you run purely async programs?
Some tracks are mixed async with live critiques. Pure async options exist for select modules, but mentor-reviewed assignments require predictable windows for feedback.
Can Bangkok teams join evening cohorts only?
Yes—most public cohorts are scheduled for ICT evenings. Enterprise schedules are negotiated separately and may include APAC-friendly mornings.
Tools and access
Will I get admin access to my employer cloud?
No. Labs use sandboxes we control. You translate patterns using exports and sanitized screenshots where internal policy blocks direct access.
Which CI vendor do you standardize on?
We rotate examples; GitHub Actions appears frequently but parallelograms for GitLab CI exist in handouts. Daisy-chaining every vendor is explicitly out of scope.
Outcomes
Do you certify employability?
We issue certificates of completion for finished tracks. We do not make hiring guarantees or salary claims—those violate our editorial standards.
How many mentor touchpoints should I expect?
Varies by tier. Release Track includes two merge request reviews; Platform Residency adds facilitated retros. Essentials tier is lighter by design.
Payments
Are listed prices final at checkout?
This site lists informational THB ranges. Final quotations may include VAT, materials, or partner venue fees disclosed before you confirm any agreement.
Limitations
What topics are intentionally shallow?
Hardware security modules, bespoke mainframe schedulers, and proprietary GPU farm orchestration are not taught—if your risk lives there, we will say so early.
Support
How fast do you reply to contact forms?
We aim for five business days for training enquiries. Urgent production incidents for non-clients are outside our scope—please use your internal escalation paths.
