Stakeholders rarely want commit hashes. They want risk statements: what might break, what to watch, who to call. Fusionchainlink’s Release Engineering Studio asks participants to write notes as if the reader is on mobile data between meetings.
The second paragraph introduces a simple structure: headline change, user-visible impact, operational impact, rollback lever. We discourage decorative emojis for enterprise audiences but allow plain language humor when brand tone allows.
Third, we compare automated generator output versus human framing. Generators save time; humans add judgment about severity language. We practice merging both without duplication.
Finally, we admit a constraint: legal or compliance teams may require appendices we do not draft. We point to where those attach without pretending to be lawyers.
